The creatures have stepped out of their comfortable habitats for and travelled to Gothenburg to be featured in my first solo show. I presented a reconceptualization of my existing body of work in flameworked borosilicate glass sculptures (Imaginature) with some additional extra works made with networking. The show's highlights were two wallpieces specifically created for this occasion: Orchidea Fortuna (Orchid of Luck) and Aurea Mediocritas (Golden Balance), the orchid and the butterfly, but a series of framed networked leaves (Black Frames Series) were also tailored for the exhibition space.
